Important Notice to All Visitors – Vehicle Parking at Own Risk
By entering the grounds of Silver Leys Polo Club and parking your vehicle in any area located between the playing pitch and the tree line, including but not limited to Pitch-Side Parking, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Assumption of Risk
Polo is a fast-paced equestrian sport involving large animals, flying balls, and dynamic movement. As such, vehicles parked in close proximity to the playing pitch may be exposed to the risk of accidental damage, including from stray balls, horses, or related activity.
2. No Liability
Silver Leys Polo Club, its owners, staff, management, players, sponsors, and affiliates accept no responsibility or liability for any damage to, or loss of, any vehicle or its contents, however caused, while parked on the premises in areas between the playing pitch and the tree line. This includes damage resulting from polo play, weather conditions, animals, or other third parties.
3. Parking is Entirely at Your Own Risk
All visitors who choose to park their vehicles in the designated or undesignated areas adjacent to the pitch do so entirely at their own risk. You are strongly advised to park further from the pitch if you wish to reduce the risk of damage.
4. Signage & Acknowledgment
By entering the grounds and parking your vehicle within the aforementioned area, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this disclaimer.
